After a titanic battle in the first meeting between the two, which saw the Eagles overturn a 2-0 half time deficit to record an impressive 5-2 victory, the Eagles current form is a cause for concern. Dulwich are a strong passing side and the Eagles need to build on the periods of good play in the recent defeat to Southbank.

The Eagles are in a slump. Ewell Park are on a good run! This is the precursor to the Chairman's Cup Semi Final and the Eagles need to find some form and find it quickly otherwise more cup heart break will follow.

CHAIRMANS CUP - SEMI FINAL

Opposition - Ewell Park

The date of the Semi Final has finally been released and the Eagles reward for a victory against Lambeth Tigers is another visit to a semi final where they will face Ewell Park. Are the Eagles finally going to break their duck and make their first final where the likely opponents will be Santa Cruz, who themselves still have to overcome a tough match against either Nuwood or Dulwich Bohemians 'A'.

Netherne Sunday

It was the lesser-preferred afternoon kick-off for this clash amongst two of the Division One big hitters. Netherne Sunday sitting second in the league against 4th place Merton Eagles was bound to be a tough game with the Eagles already having beaten Netherne in the Chairman's Cup and Netherne having got revenge in the first League clash between the two.

Livingstone A

The Eagles run in this competition came to an abrupt end in a less than convincing way. Some excellent possession and passing from the Eagles was undermined by two defensive errors and poor shooting from the forwards.

We'll have to wait until next season before we launch another prolonged assault on the County Cup
